Contact us via email or WhatsApp to book in a fitting appointment where you view and wear dresses. We hold a £20 refundable deposit to book an appointment in case of a no show.

Yes, fittings are by private booking only. So every client gets their one-to-one service to choose a dress for a special day.

We do not offer delivery or shipping. Dresses are collected directly from our Lalla Sultana studio. We’ll agree a collection time with you, and simply return the dress the day after your event.

Wear a t-shirt and leggings so it’s easy to try on the dresses you’d like to view. Bring a joyful mood, we’ll take care of the rest!

Book an initial consultation, choose your favourite dress. Collect the dress one day before your event. Look stunning for your event. Return the next day.

We allow a 48 hour grace period for you to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Yes, we operate strictly by appointment to ensure each client receives our full, undivided attention. This allows us to help you find your perfect look for your special occasion.

Initial consultations last up to an hour.

1 day, which is the day of your event.

Due to limited space, you can bring up to 2 people with you.

Yes, there is a pay and display parking available outside the studio.
